2. Product Warranty & Quality

• All new laptops come with the manufacturer’s warranty as per brand policy.
• Refurbished laptops are thoroughly tested and may come with a limited warranty, depending on the product.
• Any warranty claims must be processed through the manufacturer or as per our store policy.
• Warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, or misuse of the laptop.

3. Pricing & Payments

• Prices listed on our website and store are subject to change without prior notice.
• Full payment must be made at the time of purchase unless a special arrangement is agreed upon.
• We accept payments via cash, UPI, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers.

4. Returns & Refunds

• New laptops can be returned or exchanged only if found defective and reported within 3 days of purchase.
• Refurbished laptops are non-refundable, but repairs or exchanges may be considered under warranty coverage.
• Customers must provide original receipts and packaging for any return or exchange.

5. Rental Terms

• Rental laptops must be returned in good condition by the agreed-upon return date.
• Any damage, late returns, or loss of the laptop will incur additional charges.
• Customers must provide valid ID proof and a security deposit before renting a laptop.

• Lappy Dekho is not responsible for data loss, software issues, or any indirect damages arising from the use of our laptops.
• Customers are advised to backup their data before purchasing or renting a laptop.

• Payment details and customer records are stored securely as per industry standards.

8. Governing Law

• Any disputes arising from our services shall be governed by the laws of India and resolved in the courts of Patna, Bihar.
